Prudence holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration and International Relations, and certificates in; B-BBEE Managers Course, GIBS Leadership Development Programme, GIBS Imbokodo Women Development, Consciousness Coaching for Leadership Development, Marketing Management, and Public/Media Relations. Prudence boasts over 29 years of experience in various leadership, managerial, and executive roles. She gained international exposure through utilizing her expertise in various industries, including local/national governments, civil society, mining, as well as the private sector. She is an active participant and a subject matter expert on the GIBS/Barloworld’s sustainable growth through a leadership transformation journey, a highly integrative, collaborative and transformative learning experience - designed to support and complement Barloworld’s sustainable development. At its core, the transformative journey develops the organisation capabilities through its executive leadership by developing improved awareness, expertise and consistency in mindsets and behaviours associated with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Ethics and Mental Wellness. Sany Southern Africa appointed Prudence to develop their ESG framework and B-BBEE road map. She is the founder and owner of Ciyandza Consultancy Services and holds the role of Managing Director for Barloworld Siyakhula, a 100% subsidiary of Barloworld Limited. She is also the Chairperson of the Siyakhula Investment Committee and Board member of the Siyakhula Board. Prudence previously filled the role of Head of Transformation, B-BBEE, Diversity and Inclusion at Barloworld Equipment Southern Africa, and has been noticeably instrumental in the transformation journey of BWE, achieving a Level 1 B-BBEE rating for 6 consecutive years. She was also the Executive Head: Corporate Affairs at Hernic Ferrochrome Mine; Executive Head: Shared Services at the Film and Publication Board; Parliamentary Relations and International Relations Manager at Eskom Holdings and, finally, Deputy Director: External Communications at the Department of Minerals and Energy.

Gugu Gololo is a highly skilled and respected professional who manages the corporate affairs at Ciyandza Consultancy Services. Gugu holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Industrial Psychology with majors in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, and Psychology. She obtained her degree from the University of Johannesburg in 2014. She also holds a Certificate in Business Principles and Practises from Varsity College.  She has worked in the energy space as a finance administrator and gained managerial experience working in the wholesale, retail and hospitality industries. Gugu is a strategic thinker with good decision-making skills. She finds it easy to identify opportunities and counter them with innovative solutions. Employees show a huge amount of respect and loyalty towards management because she cares about their well-being and understands human behaviour at work.  Her human resources background serves her well with employee development and performance management. She ensures compliance with labour law regulations. Louise is responsible for enhancing the company's online visibility and creating a digital presence for Ciyandza Consulting Services. With a strong background in sales and marketing, Louise has demonstrated her expertise in driving business growth and customer engagement drafting formal documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Her diverse skill set includes obtaining a B-BBEE certificate, where she played a key role in creating the company's website and assisting with B-BBEE management software solution development. Furthermore, Louise is an English Tutor with TEFL Masters Certification and has worked as an English L2 Teacher. Louise brings a fresh perspective, innovative ideas and a touch of creativity to the forefront, using them to drive our company's online marketing efforts to new heights. Her passion for making a difference in the community fuels her ability to deliver marketing campaigns that captivate our clients and help us establish a dominant digital presence.
